Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your UNDERLAYERS gear. If your item has a major fault, or isn’t as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If your product:
• Is faulty or damaged,
• Doesn’t match the description or images, or
• Fails to do what we said it would,
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing (unless the size guide was incorrect)
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse
For hygiene reasons, worn compression garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
