Processing & Dispatch
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
• During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), order processing times may be extended, but we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia:
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control.

Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your shipment using the provided link.

Shipping Locations
• We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
• If you are located outside Australia, please contact us to discuss international shipping options.

Authority to Leave
• By selecting “Authority to Leave” at checkout, you agree that the delivery will be left unattended at your address. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from this option.

Damaged or Lost Goods

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are:
• Lost in transit,
• Delivered damaged,
• Not delivered within a reasonable time.

Change of Shipping Address
• You may update your shipping address before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
• Any items marked as pre-order or backorder will be shipped on the estimated release date stated on the product page.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation once your item is dispatched.
